Indicates whether Form 60 has been collected when PAN is not available, as per applicable KYC and tax documentation requirements. It supports compliance and onboarding controls.
Is Form 60 taken confirms whether the prescribed declaration has been collected from a customer who does not have a PAN, where such declaration is permitted. In MSME and banking onboarding, PAN is a key identifier for tax, KYC, deduplication, bureau checks, and regulatory reporting. When PAN is unavailable, Form 60 may be required to document the customer’s declaration and reason. For example, a small proprietorship or individual guarantor without PAN may need Form 60 before the account or facility is processed, subject to policy. This field matters because missing PAN/Form 60 can create compliance gaps and reporting issues. The common caution is to treat Form 60 as an exception document, verify eligibility, and update PAN when it becomes available.
