Most recent date proposed for reviewing the borrower, facility, limit, or credit decision. It helps track renewal timelines, monitoring discipline, and pending review actions.
Last Proposed Review Date shows when the borrower or facility was last scheduled or proposed for credit review. In MSME lending, review dates are important because financials, conduct, collateral, and compliance conditions can change quickly. A proposed review may relate to renewal, enhancement, interim review, annual review, or risk-based monitoring. For example, a working-capital facility may be proposed for review before limit expiry based on updated stock statements and financials. This field matters because missed reviews can allow expired limits, outdated documents, or unassessed risk to continue. The common caution is to track whether the review was only proposed or actually completed, and to reconcile it with sanctioned review frequency and approval records.
