Fee collected or charged at application login stage for processing, appraisal, valuation, legal review, or administrative handling, depending on lender policy.
Login Fee Amount is the amount charged or collected when a credit application is logged for processing. In MSME lending, it may cover administrative processing, initial appraisal, legal or valuation initiation, or other charges as defined by the lender. For example, a borrower applying for a working-capital facility may pay a login fee before detailed assessment begins. This field matters for fee income, customer communication, refund policy, and operational reconciliation. It is not the same as total processing fee unless policy says so. The common caution is to clearly record amount, tax component, receipt status, waiver approval, refundability, and linkage to the correct application. Incorrect fee capture can create customer disputes and accounting mismatches.
