Indicator confirming whether login fee has been collected, booked, or receipted for the application. It supports processing control and fee reconciliation.
Login Fee Received confirms whether the required login fee has actually been collected from the borrower. In MSME credit processing, this field helps decide whether the case can proceed to the next stage, whether a waiver is needed, or whether collection remains pending. For example, an application may be logged conditionally while the fee receipt is awaited, depending on policy. This field matters for accounting, customer communication, and audit trail. It should be linked to receipt number, payment mode, amount, GST/tax component, and application ID where possible. The common caution is to avoid marking it as received based only on verbal confirmation; reconciliation with payment records or system receipt is important.
